Default Re: Military Frequencies?

I've been searching around the 240MHz mark onwards with no success, are they all abroad?

Hi scan man.. I'm new round here. Had any luck with your military air band frequencies? I'm using the Uniden UBC 3500XLT and have no problems finding the frequencies, I just leave it running on search and store on number 7 in the frequency band for half an hour or so and it picks up loads of contacts. My antenna is a discone with an air band whip out the top, reception is very good.

Cheers Lockheed
